HOW DO I STORE MY JEWELLERY?

  • All our jewellery comes with gift packaging consisting of a velvet pouch and/or storage box for you to keep your jewellery safe and to avoid scratches. If you are transporting your jewellery we recommend using the pouch or box provided to avoid the pieces rubbing or knocking against each other. We strongly recommend storing hoop earrings with the hoop and pendant parts unassembled in the box or pouch provided.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY JEWELLERY?

  • Acrylic jewellery is delicate, always removing your jewellery before using perfume, soaps, moisturiser and suncream. The chemicals in these products will effect the acrylic and permanently damage it. When spraying perfume, wait a few minutes after spaying until you put on your jewellery pieces. Take care to avoid dropping your jewellery onto hard surfaces as the impact can damage or break the piece. It’s best to keep your jewellery in a cool and dry place, packaging provided and remove before sleeping, showering or exercising.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELLERY

  • All non-metal components can be easily cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Please do not use harsh abrasive cleaning products as this will damage the acrylic. With every order we provide a lint free jewellery polishing cloth, this can be used on both the acrylic and sterling silver studs. Please see below specific information regarding cleaning each metal.

CLEANING STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY?

  •  For all our sterling silver suds and butterfly backs we suggest wiping after wear with the polishing cloth provided. Tarnish can be removed using a silver polishing cloth or the lint free jewellery polishing cloth provided.

CLEANING GOLD FILLED JEWELLERY?

  • Gold filled hoops ( with acrylic pendants removed) can be cleaned with warm, mild soapy water or alternatively wipe after wear with the polishing cloth provided. For all our gold filled chains we suggest wiping after wear with the polishing cloth provided. Take care not to continually rub the gold filled jewellery as this can damage the gold top layer.
